Antrim & District Angling Club offers various permits and application forms, please select the permit or application you require.

  • Full A&Daa club Membership:

    To apply to become a full member of ADAA, please download and print the form linked at the bottom of this section and return it to the club’s secretary - address details are given within the form.

    Current committee members will validate your application, as per section 3, ‘Membership’ of our club constitution: “Election to membership shall be deemed to have been effected by the application receiving a simple majority vote (in favour) at the appropriate meeting of Committee considering new applications”.

    Due to the large amount of applications and limited membership places, it can take some time for your application to be successful. Please be aware that you will only be contacted if and when your application is successful.

    Your application will be based on a points based system where your total points dictates your position on the waiting list.

    Applicants will gain points for the following:

    1. Where you live - BT41 2. If you have a direct family member already in the club. (e.g. grandparent, parent, child)

    3. Junior applications, under 18. 4. Consecutive years applied (Please send the secretary a reminder each year of your interest, you do that by clicking the following link.) Yearly Membership Reminder Email.

    Due to the above points system, positions on the waiting list can vary.

    Together with your application form you must also include a passport sized photograph.

    2025 ADAA SENIOR SEASON RIVER PERMIT:

    There are 20 Senior Season Permits available for the 2025 season, priced at £260. You can now apply for this Permit and it must be received by the 28th Feb 2025. Please download and fill in this form, please attach a picture of yourself to the application. You can return it to the Membership Secretary by email to adaamembers@gmail.com or post to: A&DAA Correspondence, PO Box 160, Ballyclare, BT41 9EY.

    Please note that if more than 20 applications are received, all names will go into a hat and the first 20 names drawn will be considered successful. You will be informed if you are successful after the first committee meeting in March. Refunds will be issued to those who are unsuccessful.

    2025 SENIOR SEASON RIVER PERMIT

    2025 Junior Season Permit:

    Junior season permits are available via our membership website, Membermojo. There is no quota on these tickets, and they can be acquired at any point during the season. Junior permits cover both the river and Potterswall Dam.

    2025 POTTERSWALL RESERVOIR SEASON PERMIT:

    To apply for a Potterswall Dam Season Permit, please fill in this online form and make payment. You will receive a confirmation email. Please note, there is a quota of 15 season permits per season only. If we have more than 15 applications we will place your name into a hat and the first 15 names drawn will be awarded a season permit. Refunds will be issued to those who are unsuccessful.

    2025 POTTERSWALL RESERVOIR SEASON APPLICATION

    2025 A&DAA COARSE FISHING SEASON PERMIT:

    To apply for a coarse fishing only season permit at A&DAA, please fill in this online form and make payment. You will receive a confirmation email. Please note there is a quota of 15 season permits per season only. If we have more than 15 applications we will place your name in a lotto and the first 15 names drawn will be awarded a season permit. Refunds will be issued to those who are unsuccessful.

    2025 COARSE SEASON PERMIT

    Bailiff Application Form:

    If you would like to apply to become an A&DAA Private Water Bailiff you can apply by clicking the link below, downloading and printing the form and returning it to the Honorary Secretary, Mr. Peter Heyburn. Your application will be considered by the A&DAA Committee and you may be required to attend an interview. You will be expected to work within a team and patrol on a weekly rota every 4 weeks during the year.
